He is survived by : his children, Tessie Vallie (Lloyd Counts) of Dunseith, ND and Nick Poitra of Belcourt; his grandchildren, Angelique Vallie, Emily Counts, Lloyd Counts IV of Dunseith, Karter Jeanotte of Belcourt and Bailey Guilbert of Rolla, ND; and his siblings, Keane Vallie of Belcourt, Kavin Vallie (Melissa) of Belcourt, Bryant Vallie of Belcourt, Ray Vallie (Linda) of Belcourt, Mabel DeCoteau of Belcourt, Betty Vallie (Matt McLeod) of Belcourt, Marie LaFontaine of Belcourt and Elma Martell of Belcourt. He is also survived by his family members and friends.
