With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Priscilla Brien of Belcourt, North Dakota, who passed away on September 25, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Poitra and Mary Poitra (Parisien); her son Kenny; her granddaughter Rebecca DuBois; her great grandchildren, Shayla Lenoir, Rylen DuBois and Greyson Parisien; and her siblings, Joseph Poitra, Oscar Poitra, Elmer Poitra, Dominic Poitra, Billy Poitra, Patrick Poitra and Mary Frances Poitra.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Brien (Joan Azure) of Belcourt, Wade Brien of Bismarck, Jerry Brien (Billie Jo Gladue) of Belcourt and Robert "Bobby" Brien (Leah) of Minot; and her brother Ed Poitra. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
