Lena Diede Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Lena Diede (Benedict, North Dakota). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Tomlinson (Spelevoy) and Roy Tomlinson; her former husband Wayne Diede; her brothers, LeRoy, Theodore and George; her sisters-in-law, Elsie Tomlinson, Kaye Tomlinson, Jan Tomlinson, JoAnn Diede Smith and Joleen Diede Lehnherr; and her grandson Josh Norland.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Diede (Sheree), Neal Diede (Laura Fillmore) of Oroville, CA, Janeen Norland (Mike) of Bismarck, ND, Lynelle Diede and Danna Nechiporenko (Jim) of Center, ND; her siblings, Fred Tomlinson (LuAnn), John Tomlinson, Allen Tomlinson, Tom Tomlinson (Gwen), Stanley Tomlinson (Violet) and Kathy Turkowski (Don); and her sisters-in-law, Darlene Tomlinson and Marjo Diede. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Concordia Lutheran Church (309 Highway St, Benedict, ND 58716). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bethania Lutheran Cemetery.
