With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doran Brandt of Beulah, North Dakota, who passed away on June 11, 2025 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doran Brandt to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenda Orke and Don Orke; his parents-in-law, Floyd and Lucy Schaeffer; and his sister-in-law Marj Brandt.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Schaeffer; his children, Brody (Melissa) and Brier (Rob); his grandchildren, McKenna, Harper, Lawson and Bentley; his close friend Frankie; his siblings, Raoul (Rima), Bruce (Ana), Guy, Craig (Deb) and Penny (Bob); and his in-laws, Mike (Bonnie) and Sherri (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the English Lutheran Church (146 Main St W, Hazen, ND 58545). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests memorials be made to Bismarck Cancer Center and Coal Country Animal rescue.
