As Leroy departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Leroy may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Leroy leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Flemmer and Eva Flemmer (Oberlander). He is survived by: his brother John Flemmer (Leona) of Golden Valley; his brother-in-law Norman Biffert (Judy); his sister Shirley Biffert; and his siblings' children, Thomas, Emery Flemmer, Lois Cahoon and Linda Krein. He is also survived by 5 nephews and 11 nieces.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the New Life Worship Center, Beulah Email (416 7th St NW, Beulah, ND 58523).
