He was predeceased by: his father Robert Ludlum, II; and his parents-in-law, Wayne and Donna Duppong. He is survived by: his mother Lynda Ludlum (Allen); his wife Kay Ann; his children, Mindy Lipetzky (Alex), Wash, Shelby Alsgaard (Joe), Casper, Wyo and Kevin Ludlum (Beulah); his grandchildren, Addison, Aspen, Leon and Gwendolyn; his brothers, Robert, James and Michael; and his siblings-in-law, Lowell Duppong and Jennifer Duppong.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (115 3rd St NE, Beulah, ND 58523). A prayer was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
