He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Emineth and Angeline Emineth (Gerhardt); his wife Marie Koenig; his sons, John Paul and Michael John; and his siblings, Anna Marie, Edward, Elizabeth, Henry, Mary, Stephan and William.
He is survived by: his children, Lynda Ulmer (Mike), Mark Emineth (Mona Sur) and Karen Rinehart; his grandsons, Joshua Fern, Matthew Fern (Kelsey) and Nicholas Rinehart; his great grandchild Everett Alvin Fern; and his brother Donald Emineth (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar Parkway Funeral Service (2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck, ND 58503). A vigil service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Corpus Christi (1919 N 2nd St, Bismarck, ND 58501).
