It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlen Johnson of Bismarck, North Dakota, born in Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvid Johnson and Lois Johnson (Hovden); and his brother Alan Johnson. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Vinje-Dobbins; his children, Christy Klein (Keith), Michael Johnson (Kelly) and Elizabeth "Bitsy" Coe (Baldr); his grandchildren, Kevin Klein, Logan Galloway, Avery Coe, Kendall Coe, Lucas Johnson, Gavin Johnson and Joshua Heim (Mary); and his great grandchildren, Weston and Kameron.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Arlen's name to the Arbor Day Foundation.
