He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Gallup and Albia Gallup; and his sisters, Shirley Cotham, Donna Weber, Darlene Brown and Mavis Patchen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Darcy Cline (Robert), Kimberly Hilgers and Tamara Lelm (Les); his wife Charlotte Ann; his grandchildren, Amber Cline-Rabah, Leah Millner Mowan (Ryan), Paul G. Millner (Sarah) and David Michael Hilgers (Aly); and his great grandchildren, Grayson Rabah, Ezra Mowan, Jameson Mowan, Jackson Millner and Ellie Millner. He is also survived by his three daughters and sons-in law.
