He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Fode (Scheidt) and John Fode; and his sisters, Betty Jean and Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, James (Bree), Melissa Kelly (Brian), Shaun (Rosann) and Jessie Kershaw (Jason); his grandchildren, Paityn, Kaylee, Christian, Mason, Rylie, Brennen, Reagen, Anika, Seth Kingston and Ainsley; and his great grandchildren, Benson, Clayton, Calvin and Huntley. He is also survived by seven siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Service (2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck, ND 58503). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Song Church (3200 N 11th St, Bismarck, ND 58503).
