He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Mugaas and Selina Evanger Mugaas (Sylvia) of Norma, ND.; his sister Carol Mugaas; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Fulton, Terry and Bonnie Walhaug.
He is survived by: his wife Shiela Mugaas; his son Nathan Mugaas (Annie); his grandchildren, Teddy, Stanley and Ben; his son Eric Mugaas (Jill); his grandchildren, Peyton and Dylan; his daughter Amy Mugaas; his siblings, Ardis Fulton (Bob Butterfield) and Milo Mugaas (Carole); and his sister-in-law Marcia Walhaug.
Memorials may be given to the donor's charity of choice or to the Bismarck Parkinson's Support Group (https://bismarckparkinsons.wordpress.com), which was a tremendous source of support and encouragement for Arvid and Shiela.
