We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, at the age of 76, Bernice A. Winkler (Bismarck, North Dakota), born in Marquette, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Billings and Edna Billings. She is survived by: her husband Larry Winkler; her children, Brenda Godfrey (Mike), Tieca Ibea (James), Auggie Vereecken (Ann) and Richard Vereecken (Katie); her grandchildren, Alex, David, Amanda Tianna, Brittany, Jordyn, David W. and Savina; her great grandchild Noah; and her close friends, Jill, Bonnie and Cordell. She is also survived by her four sisters.
