It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Wingenbach (Bismarck, North Dakota), who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kastner and Clara Kastner; her daughter Rebecca; and her brother James Kastner. She is survived by: her husband Ken; her children, Heather Muehler (Kirk Krueger) of Olympia, WA, Jennifer Stumpf (Clifford) of Bismarck and Michael Muehler (Susan) of Bismarck; her grandchildren, Joshua, Andrew, Alexis, Megan and Zane; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson and Ayla.
In lieu of gifts, Carol would have preferred donations to local animal shelters in her name.
