He is survived by: his children, Jason Head (Erica) of Tucson, Stephanie Ott (Chris) of Bismarck, ND, Nicki Perron (Justin) of Minot, ND and Jory Head (Elysha) of Mesa, AZ.; his grandchildren, Houston, Aubrie, Kayleigh, Hailey, Maizey, Topher, Cambree, Peyton, Grady, Luca and Zoe; his great grandchild Evelyn Head; and his sister Kimberly Head.
