She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Balzer and Evangeline Balzer (Vange); her siblings, Beverly Schaner (Dan), Karen Ruddy (Jim) and James "Skip" Balzer; and her pets, Buster of Bismarck and Bud of Bismarck.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristi Lynn Nelson (Jon) and Lindsey Marie; her husband Eric Atwood; her grandchildren, Tiffany Krodel (Kendall), Jonni Jolley (John), Rondi, Paige Hausauer and Kasey; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Amelia, Averie Krodel and Flora Jolley; her siblings, Richard, Christopher, Chris and Mary Morgan; her sister-in-law Elaine Balzer (Skip); and her pets, Ace of Bismarck and Beebo of Bismarck. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
