He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fetzer and Mertle Bauer (Baker); and his brothers, Jan Fetzer and Stevie Fetzer. He is survived by: his daughter Chasity Fetzer; his granddaughters, MaKenna Fetzer and Aubriana Berger; and his siblings, Billie Bohl (Darrell) and Lonnie Fetzer (Sandy).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bismarck Funeral Home (3723 Lockport St, Bismarck, ND 58503). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
