He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his daughter Julie; and his grandson Tayler. He is survived by: his son Rick (Paula); his grandchildren, Matt (Ashley), Laryssa, Wylie (Emer) and Trevor; and his son-in-law Shane Fladeland. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Eastgate Funeral Service (3117 E Century Ave, Bismarck, ND 58503).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to iPaw Rescue, an organization dedicated to saving dogs.
