He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Elda Link, Benny and Harriet Harter; his uncles, Robert Harter and Virgil Harter (Gladys); and his cousins, Troy Harter and Kim Radig.
He is survived by: his parents, Harold Harter and Marvel Lue Harter (Link); his son Nolan; his brother Danan; his children, Alexis Harter, Tyler Harter, Jasmine Harter (Tyler) and Haleigh Harter (Nathan); his brother David; his daughter Camryn Harter; his brother Derek Harter (Stacie); and his nieces and nephews, Andrew and Christian Harter. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bismarck Funeral Home (3723 Lockport St, Bismarck, ND 58503). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (2929 E Century Ave, Bismarck, ND 58503).
