He was predeceased by: his parents, James Simpson and Ragna Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Brett Simpson of Richland, WA and Tara Fink (John) of Westlake Hills, TX; the mother of his children Dianna Bassett; and his sister Diane Skarpohl (Bob) of Tioga, ND. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
