He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hurkes (DeCoteau); his daughters, Tia Hurkes, Crystal Cody of Nashville, AR, Jessica DeCoteau (Joseph Vivier) of Sallisaw, OK and Jennifer DeCoteau (Sonny Schulz); his sisters, Karen Zidzik of Youngstown, FL, Gloria Hurkes of Rapid City, SD, Margie Lincoln and Caroline Hurkes; his grandchildren, Justice, JaeLeigh, Jerrika, Tylee, Kaylee, Jayce (Spud), Driver, Jaxon and Kiefer; and his great grandchild Kyzer Henry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
