He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Sr. Pinks and Leona Pinks; and his former wife Linda Pinks. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Pinks (Marni) and Scooter Pinks (Laura Ringham); his fiancée Nancy Huether; his partner's children, Chris Huether (Melissa) and Josh Huether (Lindsay); his siblings, Gail Fiechtner (Keith), Karla Evans, Jeff Pinks, Paul Pinks (Carla), Janet Wood (Roger), Mary Dockter (Monte) and David Pinks; and his grandchildren, Taylor (Cassie), Kaylee (Isaiah), Ben, Ivy, Cora, Olivia, Juliette and Freya.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Bismarck Cancer Center, 500 N 8th St, Bismarck, 58501.
