She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Hopfauf and Amelia Hopfauf (Leingang); her husband George Bohl; her son Jarmin; her grandson Cory Bonogofsky; her son-in-law Tom Thomas; her stepgranddaughter Amber Thomas; her stepdaughter Marilyn Nolan (Tom); her siblings, Genevieve Eckroth (Pete), Magdalina Hellman (Jacob), Katherine Erhardt (Joe), Mary Hopfauf, Eva Barnhardt (Adam), Perpetua Bullinger (Anton), Rose Bohl (Xavier), Loretta Hopfauf, Agnes Eckroth (Ray), Anton (Frances), Ralph (Kathryn), Leo (Josephine) and Adam Hopfauf; and her siblings-in-law, Anna Hopfauf (Frank), Mary Movich (John), Monica Taylor (Chuck), Magdaline Snodgrass (Pat), Barbara Doll (Nick), Eileen Balkowitch (Edward), Rose Miller (Tony), Peter Bohl (Julia), Mike Bohl (Barbara), Jacob Bohl (Ida) and Joseph Bohl (Hildegard).
She is survived by: her children, Andriette "Andi" Bonogofsky (Jerry) of Baldwin, ND, Carlotta Thomas of Cushing, OK, Darrell Bohl (Billie) of Bismarck, Dale Bohl (Karen) of Mandan, Brian Bohl of Colorado Springs and Rob Bohl (Brenda) of Papillion, NE; her stepson George Jr. Bohl (Frances) of Claremore, OK; and her siblings, Clementine Volk of Bismarck and Florian Hopfauf (Georgia) of Park City, MT. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral Home (309 4th Ave NW, Mandan, ND 58554). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Parish Vigil Beginning. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (108 3rd St NE, Mandan, ND 58554). A burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Lawrence Cemetery (104 5th Ave E, Flasher, ND 58535).
