He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin H. and Adeline A. Haney (Schott); his sister Aggie; his granddaughters, Neatra Haney and Kendra Haney; his great grandchild Andrew Carnell; his parents-in-law, Rose Feist and Ike Feist; his sister-in-law Corrine Feist; and also Katie.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne of Bismarck; his children, Frank (Julie), Port, Rick (Tammy), Beth Mendenhall of Portland, OR and Kristie Goodwin; his sisters-in-law, John Feist (Pat) and Marlene Bauer (Ron); and also, Fargo and Greg. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren; two brothers-in-law.
