He was predeceased by: his parents, John Torske and Gertrude Torske; his wife Phyllis; and his parents-in-law, Don and Florence Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Chanda Torske of Bismarck, Olise Torske of Bismarck and Brian (Kathy) of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Jarin, Esley and Afton of Bismarck; and his siblings-in-law, Tracy Scott (Myrt) of Bismarck, Chuck Scott (Claudette) of Underwood and Jackie Snyder (Jay) of Underwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bismarck Funeral Home (3723 Lockport St, Bismarck, ND 58503). A rosary was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Ascension (1905 S 3rd St, Bismarck, ND 58504). A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the St Mary's Cemetery.
