He is survived by: his wife Irene Dvorak (Bren); his daughter Genna Barber (Kyle); his grandchildren, Beaux and Brooke; his son Jesse Howard (Samantha); his stepchildren, Dominic, Ripley, Mitchell Dvorak, Aaron Dvorak and Andrea Dvorak (John Williams); his stepgrandchildren, Asaycia and Isabella; his stepchild Kelsey Hennessy (Thomas); his stepgrandchildren, Blake, Blair and Elliot; his stepson Christopher Dvorak (ShaLene Trulson); his stepgrandchildren, Lux Clark, Arlo and Ezmae; his sister-in-law Patricia Howard; and his nephews, Duane (Laura), Darrell and Douglas Howard (Lori).
