He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Jennifer LaVallie (Philip) and Jesse Johnson (Suzie); his grandchildren, Krew Mathern (Kierra Schneider), Kolden Johnson, Joran "Tootsie" Johnson and Gunner LaVallie; and his brother Dale Johnson (Geri).
