He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lockbeam and Barbara Lockbeam (Volk); his in-laws, Ted and Esther Blatter; his great grandchild Jaxton Eugene; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Lockbeam and Shirley Lockbeam.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Larry and Barbara Ann (Gary); his grandchildren, Nicholas (Sharra), Travis (Raeann) and Tara (Tyler); and his brother Harold. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Eastgate Funeral & Cremation Service (2302 E Divide Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Eastgate Funeral Service (2302 E Divide Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501).
