Jan touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Shefstad and Nellie Shefstad (Kleinjan); her husband Don; her daughter Cindy Duehring; her siblings, Julian Shefstad and Joan Schaible; and her son-in-law Frank Fadich.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Froeschle (Frank) of Sedona; her son-in-law Jim Duehring (Gisele) of Marquette, Michigan.; and her sisters-in-law, Laura Bingham and Arliss Shefstad. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials in Jan's name be made to the music department at Trinity Lutheran Church, 502 N 4th St, Bismarck or to Prairie Public Broadcasting - PBS (https://prairiepublic.pledgecart.org).
