The memory of Janet Kipp (Bismarck, North Dakota), who passed away on February 1, 2026 at the age of 98, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Ahr and Grace Ahr (Woodford); her husband George Nelson Kipp; her brother Louis F. Ahr III; her son Scott; and her sister Evelyn Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Kipp (Antoinette McKay), Sue Engelman (Neal) and Beth Lipp (Dennis); her sister Amy Kipp; and her grandchildren, Ryan Engelman (Holly), Daniel Lipp (Sara Kemmet), Kate Stonestrom (Matt), Kristin Koch (Matt) and John Lipp. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and six cherished nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials in honor of Janet may be given to the Great Plains Food Bank or St. George's Episcopal Church.
