Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janice Schultz (Bismarck, North Dakota), who passed away at the age of 86, on February 15, 2023. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Meisner and Alice Meisner; her children, Charles Palm (Sandra), Tracy Spaulding (Kent) of Portland, OR and Stephanie Schultz (Andy Smith) of Austin, TX; her grandchildren, Sydney and Axel Schultz; her children, Kayleigh Spaulding, Gracie and Drew Smith; her sister Laurel Baranko (Ron) of Phoenix, AZ; her nephews, Joel Baranko and Chris Baranko; her husband Jay; and her brothers, Jim Meisner and Wayne Struble.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to the Bismarck Library Foundation in Tootie's honor.
