With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan L Weber of Bismarck, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eslinger and Tillie Eslinger; and her husband Kenneth Weber. She is survived by: her siblings, Tim Eslinger (Kathie) and Shirley Sletten (Lee); her children, Steve Klain (Liz), Scott Klain (Lori), Mike Weber (Barb), Paul Weber, Sonja Yantzer and Stacy Dufault (Brent); and her close friends, Nancy and Vicki. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
