He was predeceased by: his parents, J. P. Wagner and Iona Wagner (Lewis); and his sons, William "Bill" Wagner and John "Jack" Wagner. He is survived by: his wife DeLila; his daughters, Laurie (Terry) and Lynne (John); his grandsons, Jameson and Ryan; and his daughter Grace.
