She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Martin Baier and Theodore Eugene Baier; her husbands, Virgil VandeWalle of Noonan, ND. and Oscar Kleven of Bottineau; her brothers, James Baier and Don Baier; and her sister-in-law Colleen Trent Baier.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley Kuntz Wangler (Nick), Brittany Kuntz Smith (Lane), Jordan Szymialis (Ricky Ritter) and Jenna Szymialis (Alex Hoops); her great grandchildren, Sophia Wangler, Nolan Wangler, Lincoln Wangler and Asher Smith; her daughters, Mary VandeWalle Kuntz (Dan) and Nancy Szymialis; and her brother-in-law Gerald VandeWalle.
