He is survived by: his mother Janice Dietrich-Bergquist; his stepfather Thomas A. Mayer; his children, Austin Bergquist and Paige Bergquist; and his siblings, Suzanne Noakes and Tommy Mayer. He is also survived by many loving cousins and nieces and nephews.
