He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Voigt and Agnes Voigt; his brothers, Clarance and Marvin; his sister-in-law Marty Voigt; his daughter Melissa Horner; his great grandchild Jermiah Rust; and his parents-in-law, Edmund Kilzer and Karen Kilzer.
He is survived by: his wife Laeticia Kilzer; his sons, Michael, Mark and Matthew (Angie); his son-in-law Tom Horner; and his brother Max (Dee). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many wonderful brothers and sisters-in-law.
Because Leo believed in personal achievement and the importance of education in lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to Light of Christ Catholic Schools.
