It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Elicia Weisz of Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Dahl and Iver Dahl; her siblings, Leroy, Keith Dahl, Jean Fitzgerald (David) and Lynette Hatzenbihler; and her son-in-law Larry McCormick.
She is survived by: her children, Barb McCormick of Sterling, ND, Jay Engdahl (Lanette) of Mandan, ND and Al Engdahl of Tappen, ND; her stepchildren, Doug Weisz (Gayl) of Sugarland, TX, Don Weisz of Bismarck, ND, Peggy Weisz of Bismarck, ND, Dave Weisz (Patty) of Bismarck, ND, Dwight Weisz (Lisa) of Bismarck, ND, Dan Weisz (Brenda) of Bismarck, ND and Dale Weisz of Mandan, ND; her grandchildren, Sara Markel (Scott), David McCormick, Shanon McCormick, Candi Finley (Zack), Tiffany Bodvig (Korey), Dustin Bauer (Sheldon), Austin Engdahl (Elaina Poitra) and Derek Engdahl; her great grandchildren, Brittany, Saden, Grace, Joseph, Greyson, Ainsley, Charlie Mabel, Keylee, Keagan, Kenna and Kensley; her stepgrandchildren, Chad (Lea), Emily (Rusty), Cole, Shay (Nataly), Gabriel, Erika, Danielle, Dalton (Maria) and Christopher; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Andrew, Jayce, Brinley, Evalyn and Bentley; her sisters, Delila Bauer (Duane) of Bismarck, ND, Louayne Kassian (Peter) of Mandan, ND, Karen Scherr of Sioux Falls, SD and Judy Dahl of Sioux Falls, SD; and her siblings-in-law, Gerry Hatzenbihler and Vivian Dahl of Center, ND. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
