She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Bye and Alyce Bye (Oldervik); her husband Alvin Schilling; her sons, Boyd and Kelly; and her son-in-law Leon Guenthner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Valerie Guenthner (Schilling) of Bismarck and Colette Schilling (Darwin Reinhardt) of Bismarck; her sister Alta; her brother-in-law Hilmen Hanson; her grandchildren, Jesse Tschaikowsky, Joshua Tschaikowsky and Calvin Kraft (Brooke, family: Travis Kraft, Taylor, Kirkhorn, Ed Cullum, Tony Cullum); Tim, Barb Kraft, Don and Diane Cullum. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and other special friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St Olaf Lutheran Church (1703 13th St NW, Turtle Lake, ND 58575). A prayer will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Olaf Lutheran Church (1703 13th St NW, Turtle Lake, ND 58575). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Turtle Lake Cemetery.
