With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mark Orth of Bismarck, North Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, May Orth and Rudy Orth of Gwinner, ND.. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Kempel; his children, Adrian Orth (Michelle) and Tiffany Sandison (Christopher) of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Ryan, Colin Orth, Cade, Brooke, Nicole, Hope and Luke Sandison; his sister Ruth Schepp (Gardner); and his siblings-in-law, Alyce Welder of Lake City, FL, Eleanor Briggs (Michael), Dennis Kempel and Darrel Kempel. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Service (2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck, ND 58503). A prayer will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (413 E D Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501). A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
