She is survived by: her children, Debbie Van Berkom (Steve), Brian Malchert and Gail Smith (Scott); her grandchildren, Gretta Simonson (Jeremy), Jason Van Berkom (Tara), Molly Malchert, Tara Klungtvedt (Matt), Michelle Repko (Jed) and Matthew Smith (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Alex, Bridget Van Berkom, Walter, Lydia Simonson, Levi, Adelaide Klungtvedt, Jack, Wyatt Repko, Lucy and David Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be given to Harvest Global Methodist Church, 1122 N. 3rd St., Suite B, Bismarck, ND or a charity of the donor's choice.
