It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marlys T. Steinman of Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Estella Pfann and Louis Pfann; her husband Harvey Steinman; and her brother-in-law John Welk. She is survived by: her children, Jean Eckroth (Dan) of Farmington, MN, Janice Rupe (Mark), James Steinman of Mandan, ND and John Steinman; her siblings, Louis Pfann (Deanna) of Bemidji, MN, Janet Welk of Green Bay, WI, Joann (Art), Swanson of Moorhead, MN, Lenora Smith (Glenn) of Rochester, MN, Mary Jendro (Cole) of Casselton, ND and Karen Wenner (Dan) of Detroit Lakes, MN; her grandchildren, Dana Eckroth, Steven Rupe, Alexis Wanek, Ryan Steinman, Desiree Olinger and Rhiannon Stockert; and her great grandchildren, Jamie, Sophie, Samuel, Julie, Lucille and Tucker.
