He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Baltzer and Barbara Baltzer (Greitl); and his brothers, Joel and Tim. He is survived by: his wife Renae; his daughter Ann Baltzer (Robin Weiss); his grandchildren, Miriam and Ezra Weiss; and his siblings, Sharman Newman, Terry Baltzer (Judy) and Bruce Baltzer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church or Dream Center Bismarck.
