He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baumgartner and Margaret Baumgartner (Imberi); his mother-in-law Madeline Voigt; his siblings, Vic Baumgartner, Daniel Baumgartner and Mildred Schall; his brothers-in-law, Russ Rocheleau and Francis Schall; his nephews, David Baumgartner and Brian Schall; and his niece Jeanette Howe.
He is survived by: his friend Rodger Buchholz; his wife DeLylia Baumgartner (Nygard); his children, Allen Nygard (Cheryl Abe), Darin Baumgartner (Patty) and Dawn Mills (Jason); his grandchildren, Brennan Nygard, Jordan Nygard (Dacia Ball), Amanda Nygard, Sienna Mills and Brielle Mills; his great grandchild Zebby Felch; his sisters, Delores Hennessy and Lenora Muehler; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Baumgartner, Alvina Baumgarter, Darlene Rocheleau and Rodger Voigt (Becky). He is also survived by daughters, nieces, nephews, and best friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials be made to a charitable organization of their choice.
