It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Delzer of Bismarck, North Dakota, born in Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Horner and Ella Horner (Jacobson); and her siblings-in-law, Mick Gates, Darvin Werth and Leona Werth.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Delzer; her daughters, Barb Peterson (Ron), Beth Herr (Glenn) and Sheila Becker (Jeff) of Cape Coral, FL; and her grandchildren, Ian Schmidt (Katie), Aaron Schmidt (Anna), Ashley Mehus (Reed), Brock Hiltner (Bailey Pelletier), Jen Bollingberg (Grant), Barrett Herr (Patti), Jeremy Herr (Ali), Jesse Becker (Brittany) and Graham Becker. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; sister, Pat Gates, ND; and brothers.
