She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Zander and Dorothy Zander (Doerr); her sister Susan Zander; her father-in-law Harold Rogstad; and her sister-in-law Louise Rogstad.
She is survived by: her husband Myron Rogstad of Bismarck; her children, David Rogstad (Alicia) of Bismarck, Kristy Kasper (Doug) of Rosemount, MN and Casey Rogstad (Katie) of Bismarck; her grandchildren, Gracie, Jett, Ava, Ellie, Elliott, Eliza, Ainsley, Anders and Alise; her mother-in-law Elvira Rogstad of Bismarck; and her siblings, Karen Wickham (Irve), Fred Zander Jr., Brad Zander (Karla), Bruce Zander, Mark Zander and MaryEllen Ereth (Brad). She is also survived by seven siblings and her many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Hildegard's Building Fund in Phyllis's honor.
