She is survived by: her parents, Neil Kadlec and Katie Kadlec (Bell); her fiancé Hunter Miller; her daughter Hadley Miller; her brother Tanner Kadlec (Velva); and her grandparents, Nancy, Wayne Bell, Audrey and Rodney Kadlec. She is also survived by uncle and numerous aunts and cousins.
Memorials: In honor of Rachel, the family has established a memorial fund for her young daughter Hadley. In lieu of flowers, plants and other gifts, contributions may be directed to Hadley and Hunter Miller's memorial savings fund at North Star Credit Union, Minot.
