He was predeceased by: his parents, Gottfried Magstadt and Cinderella Magstadt (Biffert); his wife Viola Straub; his son Donald; his son-in-law Monte Preabt; and his sister Judy Holzworth.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley, Valdie (Elaine) of River Falls, WI., Myron (Pam), Maple Grove, Minn and Curtis (Cindy); and his daughter-in-law Mary Magstadt. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
