He is survived by: his children, Chad Long (Todd) and Tafaney Johnson (Joel); his grandsons, Nicholis Johnson (Samantha), Noah Johnson (Kyra) and Jensen Long Berg; his great grandchild Beckett Johnson; and his siblings, Mary Ann Hansen, Joyce Owsley (Mike), David Long, Helen Carpenter (Dean) and Arthur Long (Kijra).
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Church of Corpus Christi (1919 N 2nd St, Bismarck, ND 58501). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Mandan Moose Lodge. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery.
