Foss of Bismarck, North Dakota, born in Rugby, North Dakota, who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Foss and Oliver Foss; his stepfather David Arstein; his siblings, Sharon and Maurice; his son-in-law Randy Halvorson; his brother-in-law Jerry Walter; and his uncle Rod.
He is survived by: his grandson Rod; his wife Sandy; his children, Kristy Foss, Marcy Foss-Halvorson and Tim Foss (Donna); his grandchildren, Madison West (Alex), Mackenzie Stone (Christopher Cunningham), Victoria and Grant Halvorson; Stanley (Marie), Gordon (Joan), Dale Arstein (Cheryl) and Patsy Johannes (Doyle).
