It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Kocher (Bismarck, North Dakota), who passed away on April 21, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roger Kocher to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Roger shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Roger farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kocher and Mary Kocher; his son Rocky Kocher (Bev); his wife Phyllis Braun; and his grandson Eric.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Ressler (Scott), John Kocher (Jennifer) and Shelly Kocher (Clayton Snyder). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Service (2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck, ND 58503). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Salvation Army or St Jude's Hospital.
