She was predeceased by: her parents, Thure Lundquist and Florence Creola Lundquist (Kjos); and her brother Terry Lundquist. She is survived by: her husband David Chaput; her children, Darby Hart (Brian) of Wales, ND, Dawn Gullingsrud (Lee) of Menoken, ND and Jeff Chaput (Audra) of Langdon, ND; her grandchildren, Andria Juarez (Richard), Austin Hart, Brandon Hart, Jacob Schmidt and Jaydon Gullingsrud; and her siblings, Sandra Grinnell (Richard) and Loren Lundquist.
